Kadats'ka O. Methods and means of unitary time intervals transformation in measurement and control systems.

The work is development of theoretical and practical researches on creation analog-digital converters frequency-temporary groups, the principle of which work is based on a method of concurrence of pulses. Is established, that the scale-temporary transformation of a unitary time interval results in occurrence of a package of concurrences of two regular pulse sequences of of following, the definition of which duration on low frequency is carried out with a high degree of accuracy. The ways of transformation of a unitary time interval small methodical error, algorithms and structures for their realization are offered. The certain (determined) basic unstabilizing factors and the basic errors are investigated.
