The influence of grain boundaries and triple grain boundary junctions on mechanism of stress state relaxation under plastic deformation in active tension condition at the constant straining rate of two-dimensional aluminium and copper polycrystals is investigated. Regularlities of the rotational mode appearence and development in aluminium and cooper polycrystals have been studied. The failure character depence on grain boundary types, density of triple junctions and strain conditions is determined.
