Dissertatoin is devoted to the study of questions of interrelation of blood's microelements content of changes wiht the other biochemical indexes in the liquidators of Chernobyl atomic station accident - conditionally "healthy" and with acute and chronic persistent hepatitis. The changes of blood's microelement content were more marced at the liquidators both conditionally "healthy" and with acute and chronic hepatitis, on a background of rising of activity of processes of lipid peroxidation, disturbance of compensatory reactions of antioxidant enzymes, depression of function of linkage of albuminum of blood's serum in comparison with donors and patient-non liquidators. Disbalance in content of blood microelements in liquidators is of evidence of incompleteness of hepatobilliar pathologies.
