Budzanivs'ka I. Studing circulation phitoviruses in soil different regions of Ukraine

In work were represented the effects of exploration spreading and the circulation of fitoviruses different taxonomic group (such as Tobamovirus-TMV; Cucumovirus - CMV; Potyvirus-PVY, BMV; Potexvirus -PVX; Luteovirus - BMYV, BYDV, Hordeivirus-BSMV) in soil from different ecologic conditions of Ukraine and was appraised the opportunity of nascency epifitoties engendered these viruses. For the first time were inspected soil of the different regions of Ukraine on availability fitoviral antigens and created card of spreading fitoviral antigens different taxonomic group. It was shown dissemination fitoviruses in inspected areas and its dependence from characteristics soil to and the extent of antropogenous press agro - and biocenosis.
