Industry production, innovatine factor, development strategy. In this work is formulated the concept of the level development innovation of economie's members. In this reseach there were suggested classifications of the enterprises, which carry on innovative activity with such sings: predominate type of innovations and depth of elabarations innovations. The index system and methodics of this level eppraisement were worked out and recomendations were given to innovative strategies forming. The complex of measures on marketing of the scientific-technical results was defined in this work.
