Essay

The object of study: collagen and elastin of tendons, skin, aorta and heart of rats. The aim of study: to establish how the mecha- nical load influences on the collagen and elastin synthesis, collagen processing and visko-elastic properties of the different organs con- nective tissue in vivo and in vitro. Methods and equipment: biochemi- cal (amino-, imino- and radioizotop analysis, gel-electroforese), bi- ophysical (calorimetery); ultracentrifuga, photocalorimetr, skaner ca- lorimetr. Theoretical and practical results, newness: in vivo it was shown that the formation of connective tissue visko-elastic properties in different organs is the result of specific correlations of intensity of collagen and elastin synthesis and collagen processing. In vitro it was studied the load diapason in wich the induction of collagen end elastin synthesis was observed and and that the degree of extracellular matrix cruelty influences on the the cells answer. It was supposed that complex Ca/calmodulin takes place in collagen metabolism. These results can be used for the adding of modern notions about the connective tissue development in standart and patology. The sphere of application: sport medicine, orthopedy.
