Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical investigation of electrodynamics properties of inhomogeneous medium. Main attention of the work is focused on study influence of electromagnetic radiation interaction with matrix disperse systems (MDS) that consist of dielectric matrix and embedded in metallic inclusions on the absorption of electromagnetic radiation by the surface plasmons. It is considered effects of multipole interaction between inclusions, influence of particle size distribution in matrix and account of peculiarities of pair distribution function of particles in the Percus_Yevick approximation.
