Тhe thesis is devoted by a problem of development maloothodnih and resourse-saving of process engineerings of manufacture tighte ning collets of turning automatic control units, and also theore tical and experimental researches of their perfomances of a rigi dity, force and strength. The singleerror corrections to the defini tion of a rigidity of lobes collets are brought in,the calculations of a wear of working surfaces collets and calculations under the definition of force performances tightening collets are reduced. Performances of strength and fatigue experimentally are investi gated. The recommendations for broad introduction of process engineerings with small othodami are developed.
