Dikova-Favors'ka O. Peculiarities of future specialists personality formation under the conditions of institutionalization of private education.

The object of the research is the process of institutionalisation of private higher education in Ukraine as a mechanism of molding of a prospect professional's personality. The matter of the research is upbringing potential of private higher education institutions. The goal of the dissertation is the definition of role and specifics of molding of a prospective professional and the citizen under the conditions of domestic higher education system. The methodological approach was as following: survey (testing, interviue), focused groups, and biografical. The novelty: it was proved, at first time, that institutionalisation of higher education is the mechanism of molding a prospective professional personality. It was given the author's definition of the notion of upbringing potential.
