Skvortsova L. Salvador in conditions of transicion from dictatorship to democracy (70-90- years of XX century)

Object of research: politics of governments military and civil, activities of political partes and armed opposition; aim: the peculiarities expose and main directions define of a political history of Salvador in the 70-90 years of XX century, in view of internal factors determining stages of development of a state at the conditions of transition period; methods: documentary, statistical, analysis and synthesis, sociological, typological. In the research directions and stages of political development of a state at the periods befor crisis, of crisis and postconflicts are allocated. It established, that in designated chronological frameworks qualitative change of a state structure of society, determination of ideological orientations, evolution ofs, determining modern policy of this state. New approaches and explanation of the character and of dynamic of the political conflict in view of internal conflicts making factors and by importance of valuation of prospects of postconflict settlement of Salvadorin 90's are offered. The аnalysis of forms and of methods of the achievement of national reconciliation permits to forestalling decisions, directed at prevention and settlement of conflicts situations. The main theses and results this research are state in 6 scientific articles and can be used in an educational process in high school esteblishments.
