Essay

The helium isotopes method is for the first time proposed for studying of recent activization zones in the Ukraine. Experimental investigations were made by the author in the Precarpathians and Transcarpathians troughs, Fold Carpathians,Crimea, Black Sea shelf, South-Ukrainian monocline, Donbas, DDB and on the slope of the Voronezh massif. An appropriate low intensity R anomalies diagnostic methods has been elaborated. For the Precambrian platform the background 2,5Ч10-8 R value and the anomalous ones exceeding 6,5Ч10-8 have been established. The anomalous R values correspond with the geologic-geophysical results of previous investigations. It is shown that "Basaltic layer" cannot produce the R anomalies. The correlation of the isotopic ratio of helium with the heat flow has been found.
