Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of influence of high-energy electron and gamma radiation on degree of structural perfection in Si crystal. Influences of mechanical, chemical-mechanical polishing and irradiation on effects of internal friction are investigated. The activation power of radiating defects is appointed. Integral parameters of structural perfection are determined for irradiating crystals. It is shown that irradiation of such kind caused improvement as well as worsening of structural crystal perfection.
