Essay

The systems of preventive maintenance, treatment and postoperative rehabilitation have been created. It was proved that the functional results of the treatment related to individual aspects of the collagen metabolism. For the first time the classification of extension contractures of metacarpophalangeal joints .The new device for surgical metacarpo-phalangeal joint mobilization have been created and method of this operation have been improved. Dye to authors original methods of treatment the hand function have been improved on 30 % in average.
