Object of investigation - mechanical vibration in soldered power semiconductor devices (SPSD) like silicon diodes and thyristors. Aim - construction and implementation into software of mathematical modelling algorithms of dynamic processes of elastic deformation of SPSD based on finite element method (FEM). Methods of investigation - methods and mathematical tools of theories of elasticity, varionational problems, FEM, programming methods and methods of system analysis. Theoretical results and novelty -methodology of modelling and investigation of mechanical dynamics problem for SPSD are proposed. Practical results and novelty - sof tware package "TYRAN" is developed using which investigation of real construction have been carried out. Application - sofrware "TYRAN" is used in practice of 3 organization. Efficiency of application - the number of experiments is decreased, the quality of desining process is increased. Sphere of application - organizations of electrotechics, scientific research institutions, institutions of high education.
