Essay

This thesis is devoted to organizational and economic issues of FIOZ establishing in Odessa region. The sys-tem of criteria in support of FIOZ creation in this region is proposed. The interests' balance model for FIOZ participating sides, the strategy of FIOZ formation and also the methodology of investment climate attraction evaluation is developed. The nomenclature of industrial branches for Odessa region FIOZ is proposed. The results of this research are aimed at obtaining the benefits of FIOZ creation in contemporary Ukraine.
