Essay

The thesis is devoted to problems of machines' vibration reduction and both theory and practice of automatic balancing. In a thesis the mathematical model of machines with vertical rotation axis is composed and in a course of the analysis the requirements to constructions of machines with low vibration activity are obtained. The inconsistency between the theory and practice of automatic balancing is detected. Obtained with the help of video and computer engineering the frames of working bodies position have shown, that the working bodies counterbalance a rotor both behind a resonance and up to a resonance, and on a resonance. The new explanation of liquid behavior in the balancer, taking into account its hydraulic properties is offered. On the base of carried out researches for the machine "Volga - 11" the constructional solutions lowering its vibrations not less than in 2,5 times are developed.
