The dissertation is devoted to design optimal regulator for winding machines, with to secure high drive mechanism speed stability and high control precision of strip tontine. In this work to design mathematical model for twochannel electric drive of winding machines. Problem of optimal synthesis of astatizm regulator and observer for twochannel electric drive of winding machines is worked out. The new regulator to secure high quality cable winding.
