3. Rotational heads with elastic - damps elements (EDE) for milling of screw surfaces. To increase the wear resistance of cutting tools of rotational heads on the basis of regulation of kinematics of blade processing. Methods of research are structurally - circuit synthesis, morphological analysis, dynamic modeling, strain measurement. The structurally -circuit synthesis of rotational heads with EDE is developed. Theoretically is proved, that due to equipment of rotational heads with EDE the dynamic factor decreases in some times. Experimentally is proved, that due to supply of rotational heads with EDE the wear resistance of cutting tools is increased in 1.5-2.7 times. Spheres of use are mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, aircraft building.
