Kharchenko V. Biological peculiarities of Melilotus officinalis (L.) Pall. at vegetative propagation

The object - Melilotus officinalis (L.) Pall. Fabaceae. The aim - creation scientific developed method of vegetative reproduction of researching plants, morpho-physiological adaptations for autumn-winter season for plant which were vegetative reproduced and cultivated from seeds. The peculiarities of wintering organs were determinate by methods, created at Botany & Ecology Cathedral of Lugansk State Agricultural University. The introduction of explants into in-vitro culture was provided in accordance of P.G. Butenko' Laboratory method. Developed complex of methods was apply during creation of new sort: Lugansk' Low-coumarine Melilotus officinalis. Researches results may be using at agriculture and medicine.
