The thesis is dedicated to the working out of modern theoretical aspects of training specialists for commercial enterprises. Basic concepts and categories used in creating system of training specialists are specified and concretized in the thesis. Peculiarities of training specialists for commercial enterprises are defined, organizational conditions and methods of planning the needs of commercial enterprises in specialists are analysed. The organizational and economic mechanism of refresher courses and improvement of professional skills system is worked out and proposed for implementing.
