3.The object of the research: the process of personnel management on macro and microeconomic level of the agrarian sphere. The aim of the research: analysis of the given personnel management system recommendation to its improvement and the raise of effectiveness of using of staff potential of Agroindustrial Complex. Theoretical aspects and evolution of investegation of human resource management in our country and overseas are considered. The complex analysis of acting practice of human resource management in the agrarian sphere are made. The concrete recommendations on perfecting of personnel management in Agroindustrial Complex of Ukraine accordingly requirements of market economy are elaborated.
