In operation their are investigated a structure chemical and phase structure of heterogeneous composite covers because of nickel, physical-mechanical and tribologikal of a property. The modes of obtaining of covers and their heat treatment are optimized. Carrying on sorts and mechanism of wear process of composite covers in conditions - mechanical, abrasive, hydroabrasiv and cavitational wear process are defined. The compatibility of researched covers with materials widely used in nodes of friction is defined. The practical recommendations for surfase hardening friction of details are developed.
