Samarat A. Warning system Elaboration of aircraft incidents in state Jordan

Work directed to rise of Jordan flights safety management. By Traditional approach by warning TALL is exposure of causes aircraft incidents (AI) and arrangements effectiveness elaboration on unreiteration of like incidents. In given work giving system improvement AI on the basis of quantitative estimation and prognostication of factors danger, influencing warning on safety of flight, is worked up a methods of optimum arrangements planning, directed to rises level of safety of flight , is offered an improved index safety of flight. In dissertation is offered a joint information use of all of aircraft events, having aplace in concrete airline and more vast information, got from automated systems ADREP and to ACE "Safety". Such approach allows to estimate a factors danger, typical for concrete airlines. The written establishment processes of quantitative dependences in factors danger estimation model, supposes algorithm optimum plan of arrangements. Given algorithm differs from traditional ON ma nagements safety of flight, when arrangements work up on investigation foundation of already taking place aircraft incident. In work is improved an index safety of flight К3 and offered index К6, enables to estimate a flights safety fortune danger attached to attached to lack of catastrophes. This index allows effectively to govern by flights safety.
