The dissertation is devoted to current questions of diagnostic and treatment of pituitary adenomas in eldery patients. The investigation is based on analysis of 90 eldery patients, 60 years old and more, with pituitary adenomas. The author proved the expendiency of transsphenoidal surgery for treatment of pituitary adenomas in eldery patients.
