Development high resistance to abrasive wear a new composite material of the "steel - SiC" system. Metodic of a research simulation, experimental researches on ingots. Possibility of regulation of the morphology of a cast grain aystenit is proved in view of metallurgical historai of ingot, is placed, the choice of grain-granylated additive is reasonable. To make up optimal volumetric parametrs of the additives ensuring to an aggregate, with a matrix from steel St.3sp, - durability 940МPа and resistance to abrasive wear 0,25g/sm2 , with grain of aystenit 6-7 number. Sphere of use are the machine works.
