The connection between a mode and design data is revealed and the generalized mathematical model of mechanical performances of mills, spent methods of reduction of time of their start-up is obtained. The generalized parameters of electromechanical systems of mills are obtained and the connection between a nominal potency both turnovers of synchronous drives and indicated parameters of their model is installed. The use of the integrated governor of average loads and device of programm shaping of voltage of excitation of drives is recommended.
