The dissertation researches organization and methods of accounting and auditing of foreign economic activity of firms, as well as he nature of business expenditures. Methods of accounting in import - export payment transactions have been developed. Methods of accounting in payment operations with bank cards is given. Specific feature of auditing foreign economic activity of the firm is laid out and it is proved that all accounting transactions must be checked one by one. Methodology of the analysis of foreign economic operations with taking into consideration foreign exchange rates is offered.
