Essay

The present methods of preventive maintenance, dia- gnostics and treatment of compartment syndrome of the leg and foot have been analyzed.The functional condition of peripheral blood circulation of the lower extremity in the patients with ischemic contracture of the foot depending on severity and stage of ischemic contracture have been investigated using rheovasography and thermography data. The classification of compartment syndromeof the leg and foot, and also the classification of ischemic contracture of the foot have been offered and the system of diagnostics and complex treatment of the patients with ischemic contracture.
