Essay

The object of research are amino acids and cysteine com-plexes with metals. The purpose of research is investigation of optical vibration spectra of amino acids and cysteine com-plexes with metals.. The methods of research are: vibration spectroscopy methods. The apparatus: laser spectrometer, spectrophotometer SPECORD-M80, Four'er-spectrometer LAFS-1000, x-ray difractometer DRON-2. 0. The influence of temperature and metal ion dopants on the Raman spectra in the band of amino acid lattice vibrations are studied. The IR transmission and Raman spectra of cysteine complexes with Cd and Cr in the band of coordination unit vibrations are discussed on the basis of phonon calculations. The phe-nomenon of a wide intensive symmetric band of the "back-ground" in Raman spectra of some amino acids and [Cd(L/H)2] complex was observed. The sphere of use are: physics, molecular biology, metalochelatical therapy.
