Essay

The dissertation is devoted to approbation of new ways of treatment with use of an acupuncture at the patients by rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis (OA) and gouty. As a result of research of clinical efficiency of the offered techniques acupuncture at RA and gouty including influence on standard points of acupunctural meridians, the expediency of application acupuncture is proved at these diseases with the expressed and high activity (2nd and 3rd of a degree) and significant (2nd and 3rd of a stage) rontgenological changes in joints, and also, at OA of large joints of the 2nd and 3rd stage. Is shown, that acupuncture, carried out according to the developed technique, raises efficiency drug treatments of the severe forms of these diseases in terms of hospitalization without increase of risk of adverse reactions. The character of therapeutic action acupuncture was specified and the comparative estimation of efficiency acupuncture at the diseases of the joints was completed.
