The dissertation is devoted to investigating Brauer group of rational function field over algebraic function field in one variable with pseudofinite constant field, to describing structure of Brauer groups of elliptic curves over the complete discrete valuation fields with pseudofinite residue fields and properties of finite dimensional skew fields over such complete fields.
