Essay

Fe-, Ni-, Co-, W-, Al-, Ag-, Pb-, carbon-based crystalline and amorphous alloys. Physical regularities of formation metastable states in metallic alloys during quenching from liquid and vapor. X-ray structure based crystalline and amorphous alloys. Physical regularities of structure formation during repeated ТСT with consideration of kinetic factors influence. X-ray srtucture, electron microscopy, dilatometric, metallographic, magnetometric methods. Equipment: difractometers ДРОН-2,0, X-ray manufactures УРС 2.0, УРС 60; ТEМ-microscopes ЭММА, chambers ВРС, PKД, РКУ, КРОН; optical microscopes NEOPHON-21, МИМ-8; the PC -486. The influence of active and passive factors on amorphization of non-mixed system is grounded. It is increased the upper limit of Hagg's rule for mixed super saturated solid solution. The theoretical analyses of heat's processings during quenching from liquid and microwire is done. An application: micrometallurgy, microelectronics, radiobuilding.
