Rogal's'kyj B. Methods of electrical energy consumption and compensating units calculation and their control systems (at industrial enterprises including quarries)

The dissertation deals with theoretical questions of the calculation of electric energy consumption and compensating units. New approaches, models and methods for determination and forecast of input active and reactive powers, energy consumption and normalized losses (in control system units) have been suggested in working out control systems of energy consumption of mining machines and determination (in real time) of technological properties of mine rocks based upon the use of specific energy capacity of drilling and excavation operations. The complex of control system of energy consumption and mining rock determination as well as the censor of the drilling depth have been worked out. A new approach to the development of optimum as far as the losses are concerned) automatic control systems of electrical load and compensating units has been suggested. New techniques, microprocessor - based control systems and devices, control algorithms which meet the requirements of power system and minimize consumer losses have been worked out.
