The dissertation is devoted to questions of designing of sewing machines, which provide adjustable displacement of layers of a material. Are created on the basis of researches of process of transportation of a material the new constructive unified lines of mechanisms. The base of designing of sewing machines new generations creating high quality and efficiency of processing of materials are developed. Designing of new mechanisms is based on mathematical modeling and theory optimization of synthesis. The application of new working bodies and mechanisms allows raise quality of products. The result of researches has passed industrial check.
