Sajed M. Prophylaxis and Treatment of Mistakes and Complications m Correcting Operations m Scoliosis

The results of the analysis showed mistakes and complications, which have been divided to 4 periods. The mistakes and complications of the period before operation were tactical and could affect operation and early postoperative period; during the operation they were technical and could affect early and late postoperative period; the complications of early postoperative period were clinical and requested timely diagnosis and active conservative and surgical means; the complications of late postoperative period were orthopedic and associated to correction lost and neurological manifestations, they requested recurrent correcting and stabilizing operations. There were worked out the ways of prophylaxis of mistakes and complications in scoliosis operative treatment
