The present work deals with the development of scientific bases of business strategy and bulding organisations tactics, recommendations for cretioning balanced control system. Suggests the following: the model for estimation and selection of the administrative strategy; methods of analysis of projects realizability, of risk accounting for projecrs, of estimation of diversification opportunities and adaptation charactrristics of line and staff structures. The results are implemented in practical activity of building organizations in Pridnieprovia.
