The thesis is dedicated to research the phase composition, frame, physical characteristics perovskites with the usage of electrical and magnetic fields, X-ray crystal analysis, submicroscopy, radiospectroscopy in broad temperature range, pressure, frequencies. Also the theoretical models for dot and extended defects are offered and justified. The phase change is systematically studied and detected at Т=323К. The nature of the influence mechanism of magnetic annealing on physical characteristics of oxides of frame perovskites (OSP), OSP+ glass is installed by the spectroscopy, IR, EPR, NMR.
