Objects: solutions of о-Н2,р-D2,14N2,15N2,CO,16O2 in cryocrystals p-Н2,o-D2, Ar,Kr. Goals: to determine the low-temperature dynamics of rotational subsystem stipulated by tunneling and interaction between impurity particles. Methods: Method of investigation of temperature dependence of heat capacity, time dependence of heat capacity and heat release power. Method of comparison. New results: New methods of studying quantum diffusion in solid hydrogen have been proposed. The quantum diffusion in solid deuterium has been found. A dominant mechanism of quantum diffusion in solid hydrogen and deuterium has been established. The influence of symmetry of molecules of nuclear and electron spins on the heat capacity of the solutions has been established. Orientational glass with indirect interaction has been found and studied.
