On the basis of conducted clinical and experimental researches the mechanisms of recovery processes in an osteal fabric for want of multiple and associated crises are investigated. On a clinical material the complex analysis of the reasons of the complicated current of reparative regeneration bones for want of multiple and associated crises is conducted, the general and local factures of influence on processes of consolidation osteal fragments are revealed. To the received correlation dependence allow predicting lines of consolidation of osteal fragments in such conditions. Medical tactics at suffering with multiple crises is advanced. The medical program of crises bones at bodies, suffering with damages of thoracal and abdominal сavities is optimized.
