Essay

The dissertation is devoted study of acid-base state and exchange of substances in calves during their adaptation to a new conditions of life at the early stages of postnatal ontogenesys at normal conditions and cases with difficult digestive diseases. It's shown in the research that level of the development of respiratory-metabolic acidosis at new-born calves depends on acid-base state of cow's at last weeks of pregnancy. It's quick compensation is explained by high level of base reserve and buffer capability calves' blood straight after delivery for caring of which it's necessary to provide a supply of mineral elements with colostrum in their organism. It was stated that molecular mechanisms of adaptation new-born calves to a new conditions of life are connected to the increasing of intensity of redox process of glycolis and Krebs' cycle in tissues. In cases of hard distress of digestion due to the infection and noninfection cause calves have hard metabolic acidosis, development of which dependson th e level of decease development. It was discovered and shown that calves with low level of diarrhoea or at the beginning of disease with NAD (H)-dependant dehydrogenase reactions have oxidation activation of succinat dehydrogenate complex. In the conditions of increasing disease the activity of SDG decreases combined with visible dicrease of glutamat concentration in the blood. It was discovered that after strong digestive diseases calves have compensated respiratory-metabolic acidosis, deficit of macro-, microelements and vitamins, high level of ammonia- and ureogenesis, low redox intensity and biosynthesis in tissues, deep destructive changes in the system of erythrocytopoiesis. It was proposed prophylactic method of hard neonatal acidosis in the calves and preparations for normalisation of metabolism in calves due to hard digestive diseases and period for recreation.
