The system of procedure instruments is made up and approbated for orientation of economic activities subjects on regular searching the means and spheres which allow to realize the own potential of enterprises by the best ways in changeable external surroundings. It creates the conditions for surviving and development of firms in the frameworks of choused mission and accepted motivation measures.
