Essay

It is being decided the problem of rising the efficiency of melting the pig iron in blast furnaces equipped with coneless loading device and up to date methods of control and management. Subtleties of material's loading with coneless loading device on the top of blast furnace, regularities of forming of rational distribution of materials and gases, problems of running of the technological process with application of new loading device have been studied. New ways of managing of the technological regimes of melting, which are providing energetical expenses cut for metal melting have been designed and implemented.
