The research aim: to study of the morphofunctional stage of organs and tissues (lymphatic knots, spleen, heart, lung, liver and kidney) of cattle under the chronic lymphatical leucosis and sheep intected with virus of leucosis of cattle under the second immunedeficit caused by the influence of ionic radiation and also in horses under the infectious anaemia. It has been discovered that the frequency of the affection and the character of the pathomorphological changes in organs and tissues of cattle positively reacting to RID depends on the stage of the development of the disease and the development of the leucosis process under the lymphoid leucosis connected not only with changes of histoarchitectonics of organs and tissues but with a breach of the histochemical statics and perhaps, of the dynamics of cells that leads to the breach of the metabolic processes in answer to the virus infection. It shows that the ionic radiation causes the devastation of the lymphatic tissue where virus of leucosis reprod ucts. It leads to the slowing down of the intensity of the development of the leucosis process in the experimental sheep. The morphological changes and special features of protein and nuclein, carbonic and lipoid exchanges in organs and tissues of horses under the infectious anaemia depending on the level of titles of the specific antibodies in RDP have been established. It has been proved that the insignificant histological changes in organs and tissues appear only if there are specific antibodies in RDP at the level of 1:8 - 1:16 and when the level of antibodies increases to 1:32 - 1:64 haemological, pathoanatomical and histological changes, typical for the infectious anaemia of horses are observed. Methods: haemotological, serological, anatomical, histological, histochemical, morphometrical. Suggestions: a diagnostic method the retrovirus infections. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
