Essay

The thesis is devoted to the systematical experimental investigation of the dynamical effects of diffuse X-ray scattering by single crystals having fluctuation fields of statical displacements from microdefects and elastic bending. The X-ray diffraction models have been developed and justified, which give the adequate interpretation of the observed diffraction patterns in the most complicated distortion cases, that cannot be correctly described within the previous knowledge and theories of dynamical diffraction. These cases are: the case of large microdefects commensurable with the extinction length, the simultaneous presence and additive influence in the crystal of several microdefect types, the joint exist and non-additive influence of the fluctuation fields of statical displacements from microdefects and the constant macroscopic elastic bending of the crystal.
