Pre-Rephean history of the Ukrainian Shield have subdivided into six metallogenic epochs (ME): early, middle and late Archean, early, middle and late Proterozoic epochs. Its potential ore-bearingness was outlined. Some recomendations were given to establish most favourable ore-bearing epoch among them.
