Thesis is denoted to the problem of development scientific basis and method of designing for main units of non-stop book-magazine blocks' cut-off machine by multiblade cutting instrument (MCI). There are selected MCI parameters and CAD is designed. The block transportation system is chosen, which is most available so as a device for the block moving direction changing . Theoretical bases of blocks' transportation process has been designed. Possibility of MCI using for "english" brochure's head cut-off has been discovered. There were determined technical possibilities of the blocks' cut-off method by an instrument, which blade oscillates with ultrasonic frequency
