Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an investigation of general properties of nonequilibrium processes and to a theory of systems with longrange, slow decaying correlations. The work is based on the reduced description method in which the functional hypothesis plays the main role. In the dissertation: a theory of normal liquids and gases with longrange nonequilibrium correlations has been elaborated; a projection approach in the reduced description method has been developed; the problem of entropy of nonequilibrium systems and their kinetic coefficients has been solved; kinetics and hydrodynamics of superfluid bose systems with slow decaying spatial equilibrium correlations has been constructed on the basis of the ergodic relation method; method of condition of the complete correlation weakening has been elaborated.
