Gavrylin P. Structure-functional peculiarities of the calves haemopoietic organs in the neonatal and dairy periods.

Object for investigation: calves of red steppe breed. The aim of the investigation: to determine law-governed natures of adaptive transformation tissue components haemopoietic organs (bones, thymus, lymphatic knots, spleen) of calves in the neonatal and dairy periods. Methods used: morphological (macro- and macro-micro X-ray photography, morpho- and stereometry, macro-micro- and microscopy of total tissue sections, made with own modification) Theoretical and practical results: criteria of morpho-functional status of parencheotic and stromal tussue components haemopoietic organs of the daily and 10, 20, 30, 120 days age calves were determined, periodization their growth and development in the neonatal and dairy periods was revealed; interdependence of intensivitity adaptive transforma-tion of tissue components universal haemo- and lymphocitopoiesis organs with viability of calves as a species of producing animals was established; results of investigations were used for the elaborating technology of th e growth and feeding of calves in the neonatal period (accepted of Ministry of Agricultural Policy for adoption in farms of the south of Ukraine, 2000); inculcated in educational process on the veterinary medicine departments in agricultural university of Ukraine.
