.Disertation contains the development of theorie formation and scientific elaboration of effective technologie big steel iugots of improve quality production. Object of exploration: Processes of formation of Big Steel Iugot. . Subject of exploration: Processes of formation of big steel iugots (horizontal ingots olso) for development of steel sheets. . Research techniques: Computer's modelation, introduction of isotopes, soundation, temperatures measurings, explosion. Physical and chemical metods with used of calorimetr, viscozimetr, apparatus of EA-1 " Balcers", RO-116 "Leko". Metalografical metods with used of apparatus REM-200M, ISM-43, MS-46 "Cameca". Physical tests on the devices for definition static and dynamic characteristics of steel. On the basis of complex researches of processes formation big steel ingots, the new performances about mechanism of solidification and formation of the main kinds of a chemical nonuniformity are given. This has been permitted to develop new designs and improve tec hnology of production big steel ingots with better macrostructure and high quality of sheet surface. That represents the solution of on actual scientific applied problem. The results of investigations were realized in practice applicable to elaboration consruction and production technology of new 30-t steel ingots and also to technology of horizontal bimetal ingots production. The designed conditions can be utilised at the metallurgical peants of Ukraine, the results of experimental-calculating of exploration- in educational process during training of the engineering staff.
