SERGYeYeV V. Economic substantiation of the development of tube production in Ukraine

Principles have been investigated and methods elaborated for the strategic planning of the development of tube production in Ukraine, with an economic restructurization. Methodology substantiation of enter-prise of formation of the economic strategy in the en-terprise activities and investing principles have been elaborated. Data base for the tube and pipe market monitoring system has been created. A new methodol-ogy of comparison of the economic efficiency of tech-nologies has been implemented and limits of applica-tion of the technologies have been determined. Points of a break-even tube production at the tube-rolling plants and investment projects to be realized at enter-prises have been substantiated. Innovation data base has been investigated and a new innovational policy developed. Basic directions of enterprise restructuriza-tion have been proposed. The thesis results have been implemented into the practice of enterprise and indus-try strategy planning. -
